Campbells of Leyburn is an independent family owned supermarket that has been serving the dales and beyond since 1868. Campbell’s in-house butchery offers the full range of meats including special breeds, that have made Yorkshire livestock farmers an international by-word for quality. The qualified traditional butchers have a passion for quality meat, and they work closely with the local farming community, often dealing directly with farmers.

Established in Yorkshire in 1997, Dovecote Park is proud to supply the very finest British beef, veal and venison to Waitrose supermarkets nationwide. Sourcing directly from the Dovecote Park/Waitrose producer group, the company prides itself on maintaining the highest standards of animal welfare and husbandry. The strong relationship with their producers is paramount to creating the tastiest beef with optimum traceability.

Eric Richmond is a small company based in Ossett, West Yorkshire, producing and wholesaling high quality food products. The team of butchers and bakers are based manufacturer the products by hand. Machines are used but these are traditiional (some would say antique) pie and sausage making equipment. This allows us to ensure the highest quality of every item as our experts can adjust for the natural variations in the raw materials.

Food 2 Remember is a family run business in Malton, North Yorkshire, supplying a variety of products including locally sourced meats, fish, pastries, vegetarian and a full gluten free range. The beef is pedigree Hereford and is matured for a minimum of 28 days, the lamb is hogget (14 months old) full of flavour but still the texture of spring lamb, the free range pork is Hampshire bore and saddleback sow cross, bigger in size and full of flavour.

Glaves Butchers are a family run butchers shop established in 1973 by Brian and Doreen Glaves and is situated on the A170 between Scarborough and Pickering. Selling Beef, Lamb, Pork, Poultry as well as Award winning Pies and Sausages, all produce is locally sourced, also coming from their very own farm.

At Holme Farmed Venison they produce the finest quality venison, farmed to the highest standards. The deer are reared naturally, grazing on grass pastures on its own farm, from parks and farms throughout the UK to the Highlands of Scotland – guaranteeing a beautifully flavoured lean and tender red meat. 

The prime fish from Whitby Seafish is sourced from the North East Coast, without exception, namely Whitby and Scarborough Fish Quays. The quality is excellent, and the variety is surprising; Halibut, Turbot, Sea bass, Squid, Dover sole, Lemon Sole, Red Mullet, Gurnard, Skate, Monkfish and John Dory’s all landed frequently, as well as the Cod and Haddock you would expect.
