With huge prizes and opportunities on offer, we're looking for Yorkshire’s next aspiring singers and songwriters.
The competition is open to all ages and both individuals and/or groups, please observe the correct social distancing for your area.
It could be your school band, your local choir, a group from brownies, scouts, work colleagues, uni mates or just you, on your own.
All genres and styles are welcome, from opera to, classical, pop, rock, rap, dance or even folk – it just has to be an original song – So if you have a passion for singing and song writing, there’s a place for you!
Entrants have until 14th February 2021 to submit their song (video no longer than 4 minutes in length). They will then be shortlisted by a panel of specialist judges from the music and media industry, before the final songs are put to a public vote to decide who will be crowned the LNER Song for Yorkshire winner 2021.
