This category is for tourist/visitor Information providers regardless of their size, location or resources. The award will be presented to the provider whose entry best illustrates excellent practice, acknowledging the important part played by tourist information providers in the delivery of visitor services.

Aysgarth Falls National Park Centre

Perfectly situated to visit the superb waterfalls on the River Ure, the Aysgarth Falls National Park Centre can also point you in the direction of other lovely walks in the area taking in the surrounding woods or heading up to the lovely villages of Carperby or Aysgarth. Next to the Centre is the Coppice Café which serves a great selection of drinks and meals largely made with locally-sourced ingredients.

Bradford Visitor Information Centre

Stocking essentials such as comprehensive maps, guidebooks and leaflets, the centre also has a wonderful selection of souvenirs and gifts to remind you of your trip.

Bridlington Tourist Information Centre

Bridlington Tourist Information Centre is situated in a new outlet on the seafront and offers a wide range of leaflets and information on attractions, events and accommodation for visitors to Bridlington and the surrounding area. In addition, the new outlet sells snacks, sandwiches, ice cream, tea and coffee, souvenirs and beach goods.

Doncaster Tourist Information Centre

Equipped with the expertise and the knowledge to give you the most up-to-date advice on Doncaster and the surrounding areas, Doncaster Tourist Information Centre is a well-established landmark within the town centre. The centre is open six days a week and sells local books, post cards, coach tours and other souvenirs as well as giving sound advice to tourists.

Hebden Bridge Visitor Centre

The friendly and knowledgeable staff at the Hebden Bridge Visitor Centre can help to inspire visitors with information about local and the great local independent shops. Visitors can also browse a range of locally produced crafts, as well as gifts and souvenirs, books, maps and guides.

Humber Bridge Tourist Information Centre

Humber Bridge Tourist Information Centre is situated in a large free car park adjacent to the Humber Bridge Country Park nature reserve and with easy access to the Yorkshire Wolds Way and Trans Pennine Trail. Your one stop shop for a full range of information services. Fully trained, friendly and helpful staff can offer expert knowledge, accommodation booking, holiday information, what's on guides and much more.
