Cocktail One – Ey Up Petal

Ingredients

  • 25ML Slingsby London Dry Gin
  • 12.5ML Hibiscus Syrup
  • 20ML Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Top with Fentimas Rose Lemonade

Method

  1. Pour 25ML of Slingsby London Dry Gin into a glass.
  2. Then add 20ML of Fresh Lemon Juice to the glass.
  3. The 12.5ML of Hibiscus Syrup is then poured into the glass.
  4. Add blocks of ice and combine the glass with a cocktail shaker and start the process of shaking to mix the ingredients together.
  5. Using a sieve over a new glass you then pour the drink through the sieve and into the new glass.
  6. Add some Fentimans Rose Lemonade to the drink and that acts as a top up to complete the making.

Cocktail Two – Espresso Martini

Ingredients

  • 30ML Slingsby Vodka
  • 20ML Licor 43
  • 20ML Coffee Liqueur
  • 35ML Espresso

Method

  1. Add 35ML of Espresso into a glass.
  2. Then put in the 30ML of Slingsby Vodka.
  3. Before adding the 20ML of Coffee Liqueur into the glass.
  4. The 20ML of Licor 43 then gets added.
  5. Add blocks of ice and combine the glass with a cocktail shaker and start the process of shaking to mix the ingredients together.
  6. Using a sieve over a new glass you then pour the drink through the sieve and into the new glass.

Cocktail Three – Royal Blush

Ingredients

  • 25ML Slingsby Rhubarb Gin
  • 10ML Lemon Juice
  • 10ML Elderflower Cordial
  • Top Champagne

Method

  1. Add 25ML of Slingsby Rhubarb Gin into a glass.
  2. Then pour 10ML of Lemon Juice to the same glass.
  3. Before adding 10ML of Elderflower Cordial.
  4. Top the glass with some champagne from a bottle.

Cocktail Four – Rhubarb Bramble

Ingredients

  • 50ML Slinsgby Rhubarb Gain
  • 20ML Lemon Juice
  • 10ML Cassis
  • 30ML Sweet Rhubarb Tea

Method

  1. Add 50ML of Slingsby Rhubarb Gin into a glass with ice.
  2. Pour 20ML of Lemon Juice to the same glass.
  3. Before adding 10ML of Cassis.
  4. Then pour in 30ML of Sweet Rhubarb Tea.
