Yorkshire’s great outdoors have been a source of artistic inspiration for centuries, from the Brontës’ novels to Turner’s paintings.
The stunning landscapes and intricate details also provide a beautiful blank canvas for photography – but not everyone feels confident enough with their camera to make the most of it.
Walking Photographer Tours give people the chance to gain one-to-one or group tuition, whether they’re a complete beginner, confused by all the perplexing settings on a camera or simply looking to find more reasons to take pictures outside.
Designed to encourage people of all abilities and fitness levels, each course helps participants to take better photos while experiencing the joys of being outdoors, with advice on how to technically use their camera and on learning to read and interpret surroundings in an exciting and creative way.
All courses are run by internationally acclaimed Rich Bunce, who has been a freelance photographer for nearly 10 years and has worked for clients including M&S and Coca Cola.
With a fantastic array of walks and tours on offer, photography fans will be spoilt for choice between tutorials at dawn, dusk or in the dark, in bluebell filled woods or at wildlife hotspots, or at iconic Yorkshire locations like Ilkley Moor and Malham.
