Bought 2005 Mercedes CLASS est. Wasn't perfect but cheap and absolutely fine for what I needed. 1yr on passed MOT again , had full service. A few parts changed to bring up to standard. Given its age not surprising. Have had No problems whatsoever with car. Car was delivered for free halfway to me. ( in Scotland). Guy was perfect gentleman. Great service.

We have been sold a car (used Jaguar XF) that had clearly not been properly maintained, despite the claims that it had been serviced and a warranty would be provided, that failed in a week since delivery due to leaking fuel injectors and potentially other damage. Further, the garage constantly assured us they would repair the vehicle as promised if something went wrong, but spent a month delaying citing various excuses from long wait times to fraudulent towing companies to vandalism of towing equipment, all of which unsubstantiated. Perhaps worse than all of this, was the very limited communication. Most phone calls and all emails ignored, we were fed lies about towing arrival times, for which I had to take time of work, only to be told afterwards when I called that the tow truck was not arriving. After a month of waiting and constant probing, I said I would get it looked at, after which I was told they would check with their warranty provider, and have still not heard back more than a week later. To be updated if there are any developments. Edit 1 - also to be noted, the car was sold to us with more mileage than advertised even accounting for the delivery distance

They post cars that suddenly aren't ready for weeks after you pay a £500 deposit. Then don't give you the money back for endless excuses. The 5 star reviews above look fake, look at the names. Avoid like the plague - fraudsters. Still not refunded my deposit after 3 months of excuses. County Court Judgement is now being issued and Trading Standards are investigating them. This is fraud pure and simple so hopefully they'll go to jail and have to pay back the money they have stolen from their customers.

I got scammed by these lot. Car was hpi clear but had been in a serious collision. Airbags deployed etc. Got the DVLA to check the mot they put on it, obviously found countless failures. The 🔔🔚 I dealt with didn't want to know about it. They get write off cars. Cowboy the repair job. Falsify service history. Dodgy MOT's, Won't refund deposits. They change the company name ever time they get busted! How these lot aren't in jail is mind-blowing.

Absolute rip off shady business. Took a deposit and the car apparently failed its warranty. Would not put the car right or give me my deposit back. Sent letter before court claim.. Still no refund. So just started proceedings. Do not touch this company. Some other reviews are fake.
