Very good and excellent service. 5 stars. I was referred by a friend and travelled one hour to see the car. Owner was welcoming and gentleman. He allowed to test drive and examine thoroughly. Low mileage and good price from the market. Now using the car from four months , no issues. Highly recommended Park lane motors
Bought a Golf GTI, the service was great and communication was on point always answered my calls at anytime. Car drives perfectly months after purchase had no problems, would recommend everything on the car was up to standard.
Travelled over 2 hours to meet with the owner of the garage on Wednesday very polite honest man absolutely made up with my new car would definitely use this garage again in the future 🙏😊👍
I bought a Toyota Avensis from Park Lane Motors in April 2025 after seeing it advertised on AutoTrader as being in excellent condition and “ready to drive away.” The advert was misleading. Within two weeks the car suffered a complete power steering failure. Diagnostics showed major electronic faults that made the car undrivable. When I contacted the dealer to resolve the issue under my rights as a consumer, they were dismissive and rude. Phone calls were cut short and my mechanic, who tried to explain the fault, was told off. Instead of taking responsibility, they submitted documents with my forged signature to my bank during the refund dispute. I have reported this to Trading Standards, Citizens Advice and Action Fraud for investigation. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone thinking of buying from this garage.
Travelling 2 hours to get my car from company,,found them very helpful good communication, had a fault but let me sort this out on car and fully refunded me the cost, most appreciated very helpful all the way through thnx graeme harker
