Plexus Motors

I received my Audi A4 Quattro from Plexus this week. Very easy transaction, I requested extra videos and photos and all were supplied with speed. First time I’ve purchased a car without personally viewing it and I needn’t have been concerned. The car itself is very very good condition both in terms of cosmetics and mechanically. I would have no issues recommending the team at Plexus.

AVOID AVOID Bought a vauxhall from this company back in June. After a week the engine management light came on. I messaged and yes when I took it back they gave me some liquid to clean the petrol tank didn't tell me the fault code. Unfortunately the engine management light came on again p0420 code(diagnostic machine myself) I messaged and after some time they said it must be the oxygen sensor, so sent me to a garage in Bradford which I thought was odd when you business was in Keighley. Any way after the oxygen sensor was fitted (I think) the engine management light came on again with the same code p4020. I sent emails txt messages WhatsApp message and no response for a few months. Finally I sent a message saying your reviews must be fake and I might as well leave a bad review within 5 mins of me sending the email I got a response saying they hadn't received anything (bulkshit). So since the email he's told me he can't get InTouch with the mechanic. His words were I think he's gone for good I'll find another ASAP (9th October). 15th October no response I sent him the details of the garage I normally use with no response. 21st October I asked for a full refund as the car was still under 6 months and according to the consumer rights you can do this as the car is not fit for purpose. So today I received a message saying that they had rectified the problem and the so called missing mechanic said it was due to low fuel level and won't fix a problem due to drivers negligent. So basically blaming me when they sold a dodgy car and yes it did come with a 12month MOT but beware just because there is no engine management light on when you buy the car doesn't mean it's not going to come on even with MOT. He'll probably tell you a load of lies, end of the day this company is not legit.

Cars are good value for money as very clean for miles and age with no road salt from UK roads.

My Nissan Serena purchased from Plexus arrived in good shape, I am scare full paid before receive of the car in beginning, after received the car with everything 100% same as described, my worry is absolutely NOT necessary. Plexus delivery the good on time and the process is smooth and their responses is fast and helpful.

I bought a Mitsubishi delica from Meherban the company director at Plexus motors ltd with a new12 months MOT ,unfortunately it arrived with an exhaust held up with bits of wire ,one headlamp not working (it was an electrical problem not just a simple bulb change ,drivers side window not working, horn not working and a seized calliper causing damage to the braking system ,no wonder Meherban asked me to run the delivery driver 10 miles to catch a train home asap so i didn't have time to check van before he left, ironically i purchased the van on the strength of seeing good reviews for plexus motors on google! ,Meherban initially refused to speak to me but after a great deal of complaining he informed me sorry he did not check van before it left for delivery because of his wife giving birth...!I really wanted him to take back vehicle but he point blank refused, after seeing how much hassle it is to take a dealer to court i took the hit, so just a warning to other potential buyers , Beware you may get shoddy treatment ! this is the first time i have left a negative review for anybody but felt i need to warn others, sincerely mr yardley .
