West Yorkshire Motor House, I recently spoke to one of your representatives regarding a potential car purchase. Unfortunately, the conversation was marred by a very rude attitude and unprofessional behavior. Despite my offer of £6000 for the car, the representative questioned my intentions and mentioned other deals, which was none of their business. I had already decided to pursue a better deal elsewhere, which I've now secured with an 18-plate car. I want to warn others to exercise caution when dealing with your company, given the attitude I experienced. Furthermore, I noticed a discrepancy in the company's claimed trading history, stating 17 years of trading since 2015, which appears to be inaccurate. Avoid this company at any cost Sincerely SAF

This Garage was superb, the owner very nice and helpful, gave me a good price for my car as a trade in, did all paper work as necessary whilst I was there, and my wife and I were able to drive the New Car away. Excellent Service

Drove just under 100miles after discussing the car the day before. Arrived to see that none off the significant issues had been highlighted or mentioned. Once arrived told this is all just cosmetic and that's why the car was cheaper than it should be. When asked why if that's the case wasn't this mentioned in the advert, diverted and said that my part ex is also not as described... For all the amazing feedback on the site, I can't said I belive them to be true, 200mile round trip, waste off time. I would not recommend this service. The guy was friendly but the product and advert was not reflective, so sorry but can't recommend. Infact don't travel for this. The garage was full off drama, car had flat tyres, didn't know about servicing or MOT, second key was missing.

Can't recommend this place enough. Staff are brilliant and soo helpful. We was really worried about all this covid restriction and buying car for 10K without " touch " but our nervous was unnecessary . Car is absolutely same like on description, delivery service very fast. We would like to say THANK YOU
