My wife and I have been dealing with Martin & Co., Saltaire for the past 10 years. In that time they have been responsible for managing both our apartments in Bradford which they have always done with great efficiency. They provide a first class service that includes sourcing and vetting prospective tenants, collecting the rental income and dealing with any issues that may arise. Very importantly they are ALWAYS contactable by telephone! A big shout out in particular to Carol Stubbs and our property manager, Ian Tait but all the staff I have had dealings with have always been friendly and helpful. They also have an excellent sales team that recently helped us sell one of our properties in double quick time. I have no hesitation in recommending this branch of Martin & Co.
