Superdrug Pharmacy

So disappointed today when l tried to use the service for recycling tablet packaging myself and another retired person had each collected a carrier bag full from friends but they said they were still waiting for a replacement box and that we should not bring so many! We both had made a special journey there as there a no other places locally for recycling these packs l think the staff should have offered to store them until the next box arrived

Absolute shambles. I've used this pharmacy for my repeat scripts delivery since I moved to the area 2.5yrs ago, it was problem free until earlier this Yr when Avan left, now you have to wait weeks for your meds, and then only after you've rung them and pushed them. Now they tell me because of changes to NHS funding they will no longer deliver for free. What utter Bull☆☆☆☆ !!!!!!! I've checked with the NHS and that is NOT true. The reality is is that superdrug Keighley can't manage and thus are trying to put people off having delivery, the staff should have the integrity and honesty to just say they can't cope, and not hide behind a trumped up claim and lie to the customer. But then again I'm not surprised at their behaviour given the state of things there recently and the other posts on here. Don't worry superdrug I've moved to a pharmacy who are more than happy to deliver for free and within 48hr of receiving script (not weeks later after prompting), and I won't be doing any other business with you again for anything despite having a loyalty card.

This as been my pharmacy for past three years, but in last week they can't even despense my medication. I had to sort it out myself. All you get from the staff is feeble excuses. I'll be using another pharmacy than superdrug, complete waste of time

Can't think of a worse place to shop. AVOID.

Used to be good, but going downhill since a change of management
