We decided to use Carol for our Summer holiday and it was the best decision we made. Carol has been nothing but amazing, from the initial telephone conversation we had right up until our holiday (including messages whilst away). Everytime we had a question she responded without hesitation and made everyone in the party feel looked after. Her travel knowledge along with caring customer service means we will always use Carol from future holidays.
