Had a brilliant day yesterday at Singo Bingo. So much fun! We had a vip booth and the service was fantastic from Danny. Thank you for making our day even better.
Great experience and amazing atmosphere!! Me and my friends all thought the staff were very friendly! The high energy and enthusiastic atmosphere made the night. I spoke to Mia and she was great, gave us a giggle and made our experience even brighter! Really enjoyed our night and will definitely be returning to popworld Leeds!!
I went to this venue tonight with my daughter. She is a type 2 diabetes my daughter took me to Leeds as a surprise we was having a great time and I'm not going to lie i was drunk as it was my birthday but my daughter was sober so she could look after me, she went too toilet because she felt a bit low on sugar so she ate some jelly babies to get her bloods right while she was in there someone else has already been sick and the staff blamed it on my daughter for the mess someone else had caused in the toilet so my daughter approached me ans told me she'd been told to leave which baffled me as she was fine I was very confused and didn't understand why she had been asked too leave my daughter is never sick unless her bloods are low i explained this too the bar staff and bouncers too which they replied with no remorse ans basically laughed at us and just dismissed us,staff and bar staff are VERY rude not a decent one amongst them, now I'm not posh at all but the lack of empathy ans how thwy was so quick to pin the blame on someone just because they had an illness is disgusting. I have never witnessed such bad service in my whole 54 years. My family suffer with diabetes and tonight we was victimised because of that. I have Rheumatoid and osteoarthritis i actually tripped over as I was leaving and not one person came too help and they literally laughed at me when I fell over. I would not recommend this place at all, no respect for any disability or people with illnesses save yourself the money and time and go somewhere else.
Its a rough and ready club ive scored low as my gin and tonic was served in a little pop glass and not a gin glass the large cocktails are brilliant fun music was good and it was packed i would go back but not regularly x well worth a visit x
Such a great venue! All the staff are so friendly. Great service, definitely worth it. Best way to end our night.
