This place is the real deal! Run by a lovely guy, Francesco, who couldn't have done more for us and his enthusiasm really set us up for a super day. We hired two bikes from Pedago, very well priced, clearly well maintained (they seemed very new) and easy to use. Very positive experience and we will be back. I have taken a couple of photos of the bikes we used (there's a wide selection) for anyone that is curious. I recommend you call in advance to book as the place itself is a unit on an an industrial site, not a shop, so may be closed unless you call beforehand.

Esther is the best! I moved from the US to Cornwall with my Pedego City commuter black edition in 2018 having no idea how proprietary bike mechanic shops can be. So I’ve become a bit of a part time bike mechanic when things go wrong with my bike. I’ve needed to order parts or get insight on how to repair or replace things and this lady has gotten on video chat with me and help me fix my issues. So grateful for continued fantastic customer service after the purchase. Thank you!!!

The place is great they have the best looking bikes there. If your feeling lazy and don't want to put the effort in riding, then all the bikes come equipped with a electric system. The bikes are well maintained and ride effortless. The staff are great well respected and ready to answer all of your question and queries. Great place 10outof10.

Had a great day thanks to Pedego, all the staff were extremely helpful and the price was very reasonable. They also have a really good selection of bikes, I will definitely be returning!
