First time ive used them. Took my wife's engagement and wedding ring both over 6 years old the white gold that had gone yellow, half an hour and they were fully cleaned and replated. They looked as good as new. Excellent service and reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

Such a professional company. Took my wedding ring in to be cleaned etc today. The young guy explained every detail of the process and even rang me while I was waiting rather than proceed as he wasn’t sure of something. This was sorted, picked my ring up in perfect condition and looking like new. Excellent service

Been using Dion for about 8 years now and I won't go anywhere else. I go here for my rings replating and cleaning (white gold) mainly once a year. His prices are so affordable and the result is always perfect in my opinion. I have also been to Dion for a couple of repairs, the first being actually the first time I visited him. I damaged my engagement ring at work which is a diamond surrounded by smaller diamonds and this is where the damage had occured, I was devastated that it wouldn't be able to be sorted or it ruin the integrity of the ring but his amazing skill made my ring back to perfection. Whilst this was getting fixed, I purchased one of his beautiful hand made rings to wear whilst mine was getting worked on. I went last year to get above engagement ring and wedding ring made smaller and cleaned/replated, again came back to me looking pristine. Secondly was only last week for another repair and made smaller on another ring. Again the price being amazing, when I collected he had also cleaned it and it looked beautiful. I will use Dion for anything jewellery related. Him and the young chap who work their are lovely. If I could give 10 stars I would. Customer for life! Also not forgetting the beautiful little shop he has, he's worked here since I was a little girl, walking past seeing his beautiful, now late British bulldog, sat outside and I hope he is there for many years to come.

Had some bespoke metal work needed doing. It was a very simple job but time consuming. People had recommended coming to this shop as he was already renown. I went in, explained my needs, and he looked at the situation from the customers perspective and gave a honest and fair decision based on the customers needs. Instead of saying he could charge me XYZ, her literally gave me the small sanding tool for free and suggested how I could do it myself. It's rare in these days to find a trader with genuine empathy for the customer so felt compelled to leave a review just because he didn't expect anything from me, I offered to pay for the device but he insisted he had many and it would not be an issue. I'll be going to him for any other things relating to metals as I'd also heard lots about the quality before even going. Highly recommend for all your jewellery and metallurgy needs. :)

The team here were super friendly and professional when it came to fixing a broken clasp on a chain. Instead of opting for a quick replacement they fixed the clasp and at a very reasonable price. The work was done on time and I would highly recommend
