The man on reception was rude, unhelpful, and clearly uninterested in assisting customers. This level of attitude is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the organisation.
Great friendly helpful staff and service.
Phone prior to going, was told they had part in stock, drove a fair distance only to find they didn't have correct part in stock ☹️ said they could get it but then quoted much higher price, quick check online & found correct part at less than half the price they quoted that would be delivered next day. Not the first time this has happened to me here so now reluctant to return again
