Vanimal - Van Racking & Accessories

Hi everyone! I'm kinda disappointed to show this to you, but this is the kind of service you get for buying something from them. I really hope that the box was like this from DHL, not the business itself. Guys if you want to change something starting with changing the delivery company. I was expecting my package on Monday, try to check again on Tuesday it was delayed ans I believed well, maybe they have some sort of problems. Checked again next day, it was moved from here to there, still delayed. I had to drove to DHL eCommerce on Friday just to see this box, the guys from there just chatting, nobody worked. Somehow they felt bothered by us coming there to collect my package. So please for the sake of others just change the delivery company... The product itself was nice, a little bit of scratch that was on the inside of the bullbar so I didn't mind, about accesories I would like it to receive long screws to mount it from the front metal behind the bumber, not the plastic bumber, but I was lucky to have long screws in my garage and donit properly. Received some extra brackets that I didn't find the use for them installing the bullbar, but I'm sure I will find them a purpose on my vehicle for sure. All in all a not pleasant experience with the delivery, the long time frame to answer to an email even if it was sent 3 times. But I guess everybody was busy there or maybe they didn't had enough people in this period of time. At the end I'm happy with my product, but in the future I might go somewhere else to buy this kind of accessories for my van. Have a great time! And stay safe y'all!

I wish I’d of read the reviews before purchasing, as mentioned in a lot of other reviews the racking is of very poor quality/almost impossible to put together. The notches have no tolerance which make it almost impossible to put together without damaging the finish, as has happened with mine, delivery was quick but that’s the only positive I have. Sent an email, I wonder if I’ll get any response.

Ordered the full van racking for a new Ford transit custom lwb. The order came quickly and well packed. The instructions were clear and I was able to put the racking up quickly. I am really impressed with the quality. Once fitted in the van looked great. I also ordered the silicone and aerosol holder. Wrong once sent, however after a quick email with Robert the correct one was sent out next day. Brilliant company and would highly recommend anyone wanting some quality van racking to use vanimal.

I recently purchased the top-quality full bulkhead, OS & NS van racking, with a couple of add-ons, from this fellow Yorkshire company, which deserves a 5-star rating. Easy to assemble, snug fit, properly engineered, and arrived within 5 days, relatively quickly. However, my experience with their sales department was quite the opposite, and they cannot take credit for the 5-star. I take full responsibility for my administrative mistake when placing the order, which does not affect my overall rating. I contacted the sales department via email and phone regarding my query, which could have been resolved in about two minutes at my own company. Still, unfortunately, I found them unwilling to assist—I'm looking at you, James. Hopefully, it's a training issue, not sheer laziness or worse. Nonetheless, I'm not too bothered by this, as I am pleased with the product and my van upgrade overall

Bought two racks for my van. Arrived really quickly, were dead easy to put together and look smart. Cant fault them so definitely recommend
