Fantastic local pet shop, very helpful and friendly staff and always happy to help, need to keep these type of shops open as the staff are very knowledgeable and you don't get this in the supermarkets and the like.

Very helpful and friendly knowledgeable staff. Well lit and always clean and tidy. Always go one extra mile for their customers. Example: my partner always wants large pieces of cuttle fish and they are kind enough to phone and let us know when some come in. That attention to detail is worth everything and their prices are very competitive.

Animal Ark went back in 2018 and now this place is called Paw Print Pet Supplies. Called in today as an off chance they would have some ant farms in and spoke to the staff, they were lovely and helpful and told me to try another pet store that could possibly help me better than they could. I asked them why the business was called what it is now and not ark and they told us that are went back in 2018. I told them that I would change the name on google so it helps other people with their searches. Call in they have a brilliant selection of everything you need for your fury friends :D
