I went to the shop in Masham today and had a lovely time. The lady helping me was extremely helpful and offered for me to try on lots of different garments. She went above and beyond when discussing changing the buttons on a cardigan as she offered for me to use some of their scrap buttons. I left with 2 lovely jumpers and will be returning!!

Wow! I received a gorgeous polo neck cashmere jumper today from Nearly New Cashmere, I would swear it's brand new. Absolutely first rate, swift delivery and beautifully packaged, I'll definitely be ordering more!

Wow! Ordered a beautiful pink waistcoat and a fabulous purple poncho. Arrived the NEXT day! Quality is amazing. I shall definitely be buying some more of your gorgeous items to add to my cashmere collection, thank you so much x

The jumper had a hole in the sleeve. I emailed the Nearly New Cashmere Co straight away, including the picture of the fault. Was informed that I should use their prepaid return label and send back the item “so that we can carefully inspect it”. So I replied that I have already inspected it upon arrival and that it had a hole - please see the photo provided, etc. The customer service women then replied that they will still need to inspect it “because they customers fib about things in order to get free returns.” Okay then. I sent back the offending garment. Two days later, NNC informs me that “upon careful inspection, we did not find anything wrong with the garment and will therefore take the cost of return postage out of your refund.” Dishonest, parochial and throughly unpleasant to deal with, Nearly New Cashmere Co has turned out to be the biggest eek of the year by far.

Just home from a visit to the shop to buy a sweater. I was served by one of the young women who I’ve seen on social media. She could not have been more helpful. She found me a variety of sweaters to try on and I was able to take all the time I needed to make a decision. I am really pleased with my purchases ( I went on to buy wrist warmers ). All the cashmere is super soft and of the highest quality with a great range of styles and colours. A lovely shopping experience, thank you so much. Highly recommended!
