This play area is looking slightly dated. There is equipment for older and younger children plus a multi use games area and skate park. There are goal posts too for a game of football. Plenty of space to walk dogs. Plenty of bins although not always used. Roadside parking off Manvers Road is quieter than Wath Road parking.
Lovely little park for the toddlers, well kept with a good variety of activities. For the older kids there are enclosed sporting courts for football, basket ball etc as well as large climbing frames and swings. Great place to an hour or 2 and the Roman chippy is just across the road...
Great big field with many features.. A cage for football and basketball, swings, climbing frame etc. A gated area for smaller children.. Also further down field there is a skate park and a full sized adult football pitch. With pub close
Disgusting. Play area is a joke things smashed up. Part of the equipment is missing or been stolen .
