I tried to use the charger, but it didn't work. I phoned the help number and within 5 minutes my car was charging. The support person was friendly and knew what she was doing, unlike me. Thankyou for your help.

I would never score a service 1star without trying a few times. But, this product is just terrible. Never works. I’ve called “service” on a few occasions. But they are untrained and uninterested in any form of assistance. Imagine a world advocating EVs and the bandits charging 75p/unit for a service that works literally 20% of the time. If, you are in need of elec for your car, I suggest any other service provider, and not to rely on this to get you out of trouble.

I have had so many problems trying to charge up my new ev vehicle, safe to say it's going back but this is the 1st charge port I have used that only takes £30 as some take £45 and it's actually fast charging and it works

Nearest one in miles to still have cables connected as of March 29th 2024. Connected to Skoda Enyaq Sportline 85x without issue.

Didn’t allow you to use the InstaVolt app. Quite a slow charge, the InstaVolt at Woodfield is faster but roadworks makes that one difficult to get to
