My wife booked me a room at this hotel at very short notice, I have to say what a great place to stay, the hotel receptionist Michelle helped me out with an early check in ( thank you so much). Greeted me on arrival and was very professional. The hotel is very modern and to a very high standard giving a very reasonable price for the room. The room is well equipped and to a high standard of cleanliness. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you once again Michelle for your assistance at such short notice.

Just spent 2 nights at the Pastures Best Western Hotel this weekend for a Pre Christmas. Attending 3 of the events held in their Reeds Restaurant. Great stay and its the staff that make a difference, some service superstars this weekend. Efficient and friendly reception service from Nathan and also Sharon on Saturday Morning. Attended Lukes Ganeshow on Friday night where the whole team dis an amazing job working a busy room, great atmosphere like to mention Feroux who worked so hard to serve food and clear tables. Saturday was a double bill of great entertainment hosted and set by Paula who was supported by an amazing bar team if Amelia and Daniel on the bar they worked ao hard again with a busy room and bar. Delicious breakfast served both days with polite and friendly staff. Finally thanks Darren the superb night porter where nothing is over and above looking after us during the later hours. In summary a fabulous festive pre break down at a great place. Thanks everyone.

We've just stayed at the Pastures Hotel for 2 nights as we were at a wedding there and it was really good. When we arrived we were greeted by Sharon on the reception desk who was extremely helpful during our stay and nothing was two much trouble obviously i can't remember all the staff's names but to be honest all the staff were very professional and helpful. We ate in Reed's the hotel resteraunt on Wednesday night and the food was lovely and the breakfasts each morning were very good as well. The rooms were nice and clean and thought our stay was very good value for money. Thanks to Sharon and all the other staff for a great stay πŸ‘

This was our first stay at Pastures Lodge, and we weren't disappointed. Excellent welcome at check in. Everything explained clearly. We had a ground floor room which was brilliant as my husband is severely sighted, and doesn't walk too well either. Rooms very clean, warm, well equipped. Dinner was superb, as was the breakfast. If I had to find one fault, it would be the pillows, not very soft, but actually after a few glasses of vino they don't seem too bad.πŸ˜‚ Absolutely wonderful power shower, lashings of hot water. Towels perfect, and soft. All staff warm, and friendly. We would definitely stay at Pastures Lodge again. Thank you for a lovely welcome and wonderful stay.

Driving up to the hotel you would think it’s brand new as kept immaculate in fact there was a lady out clearing leaves in the car park. Check in was warm and welcoming and our room felt a really good size. Breakfast was freshly cooked and quality ingredients. The croissants had run out but a member of staff got some fresh from the oven to bring out for us. Location was ideal for our trip. All round a great experience
