I joined B‑Strong on the 6week programme at the end of 2024, and it quickly became one of the best decisions I made for my fitness. The classes are well structured, challenging in the right way, and genuinely enjoyable. A big part of that experience came from the team. I did most of my classes with Julia, and her energy and attention to detail really set the tone for the whole place. Tara and Louise were also fantastic. Each brining their own style and motivation, which kept things fresh and helped me push myself in different ways. I enjoyed it so much that I signed a 12‑month contract in 2025. The private 1:1 PT sessions with Lilly have been another highlight. She’s supportive, knowledgeable, and brilliant at tailoring sessions to what I need, helping me make real progress.
I’ve been having PT sessions with Tara and she’s honestly amazing! Not only has she helped me improve my form and understand how to train properly, but she’s also been a huge support with nutrition and motivation. Even on days when I really don’t feel like it, she somehow pushes me to hit a PB! If you want to truly understand how your body works — how the fuel you put in and the exercise you do come together — Tara is your girl!
I have been training at B-Strong for about 6 months now and my only regret is not having started sooner! I have been suffering a low back condition for years and despite regular swimming, running, core workout routines, etc, I was always relapsing. Since I started my PT sessions with Louise, my back and general physical condition have improved like never before, she's been an absolute bless! She designs every PT session to my needs and always bearing in mind my back limitations. She's been super flexible with my availability to train as I work away during the week, even preparing a little table with exercises I can do during my time away so I stay fit. She's even given me nutrition advice to help me gain weight and build muscle, as due to and old hyperthyroidism condition I always struggle with these. Discovering LOUISE and the B-Strong team has been one of the highlights of my year, thank you all!!
Having joined initially on the 6 week challenge, which I thoroughly enjoyed, I decided to join on a 12 month programme. All the PTs are friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging. It is a great environment in which to get fitter and more importantly, enjoy the experience of doing so.
Excellent place and good team. Do regular PT with Tara who is fantastic and has helped me enormously in improving strength and working round my injuries. Every session is a good laugh and she gives good practical advice in achieving my goals. Highly recommend
