Equipment, environment, advice and guidance- the muscle factory has it all and more. Such a fond place in my heart for so many reasons. All are welcome. I would highly encourage anyone serious about their physical development to give this place a try. Now has a wide supplement stock available only from reputable brands. From a freezer stocked with protein meals to a Sunbed to top your tan up. Physio and massage therapy available, as is a local blood testing organisation’s services. This gym has it all, for an exceptionally reasonable price too 💪.

Muscle Factory Gymnasium Swinton is an outstanding local gym with a genuine old-school vibe and top-quality equipment. Owners Fay and Chris are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help, creating a supportive and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The community feel, combined with competitive membership prices, makes this gym a standout choice for anyone serious about their training, wanting to get in shape or even a beginner wanting to dip there toes in. Highly recommended.

I trained here recently with a friend of mine who I’d met training at my local gym, and what can I say This gym is absolutely huge!! The equipment is excellent, it is a proper old school gym which are hard to come by these days. The owners are very welcoming, and offer a range of products/clothing as well. Very sad that this gym isn’t closer to me because it is by far the best gym I have ever been to. As you walk in you see the walls painted with bodybuilding legends and hear the clattering of iron, this is what training is all about. No tripods, no influences, no egos.
