This was the first time I ordered from Zana's Cakes. I can say that my daughter's cake was the best I have had in years! The sponge was light, fluffy and moist. The buttercream was made to perfection with the right amount of sweetness. Decoration was a show stopper! I will be ordering from Zana's often

I love this little local shop for my regular latte. Zana makes cakes out the back and often has one for customers to try. Her jam sponge and cream cake is so yummy. At £1 per slice who can grumble. It is a limited menu - just coffee/tea and cakes as their mainstay is making cakes for customers - but I prefer to support local and enjoy my latte here. Even the benches in zana's are homemade

Absolutely amazing cakes, every single time. Always has time to talk about what is wanted in depth and never ever disappoints. Lovely , friendly attitude. The cakes taste delicious. So soft and crumbly in the mouth, we will always use Zana xXx

Ordered once from zana and attempted to order once again she stated a price, but i thought it was a bit too high... this was the response i got and I quote directly “ Sorry you can check for someone who can do it for you cheaper x” horrible response very dismissive...as i asked a quote for a different cake .. i got no response... tried to call .. ringer came back as number Busy... (means she blocked me) as i later called with unknown and she immediately picked up... tried to message on facebook states that shes unavailable at the moment, cant even review or even comment anywhere... very smart tactics one would not know they have been blocked. Zana you are allowed to charge however much you desire for the output you put in for work done... What is not right is blocking customers just because i stated it was too expensive.. i wanted to opt for a cheaper one that fits my pocket. Worst thing is you have taken money from me as a customer...and customers make a business...as much the cakes are lovely manners go hand in Hand too. Im really disappointed writing this as its not my nature to put stuff out there.. i am and still would support your business as i asked a member of my family to order the cake and not mention a thing about what you did. Its very hurtful!!!
