My daughter wanted a pet mouse and we couldn’t find one anywhere. Heather located one for us, even getting the colour my daughter preferred. Very helpful and responsive, recommended.

Please pet shop in the north east, she is very knowledgeable about all animals. She does have spiders as well. I brought all my birds from her strongly recommended

If you are looking for pet supplies or a few animals then this is the pet shop for you, from Axolotls & and fish, to birds & rabbits, very fair prices and animals are really well looked after. Polite manours and always had a happy smile at checkout. 100% recommend

Never go to this pet shop!! Got 2 guinea pigs from them a couple weeks ago and noticed they were itching quite alot and one had super flakey skin. Went back the next day to question it and they told us it was from stress and the dry skin was eczema. We then spoke to a vet and other pet shops and they told us it could be mites so we went home and brushed their fur and what do you know? There were mites in the brush. We went to the vets to get them treated and even the vet said they had mites. It's been a couple days now they seem to be doing better which I'm so glad about but they don't deserve to own a pet shop business. I feel sorry for the rest of the pets in this shop as I don't know if they are treated the same. We went back in today and they gave us a full refund for our piggies and let us keep them but we were faced with attitude from both of the staff. The woman slammed a recipt onto the counter with a pen and said sign here with an attitude then once we had signed it she threw the money at us. Just as we were leaving the man spoke up and gave us attitude. "Thanks for ruining a shop" is what he said. And I hope it does ruin the shop because they don't deserve to have the licence to own a pet shop. Very unprofessional and have no clue what they are doing when it comes to pets. I wish I could have took all the poor pets that are there but I'm unable to. I hope they get a wake up call from this and start treating the pets better.

Horrible experience, bought two guinea pigs from these, got lied too and was told one of them just had exema, however we later realised it was mites and was not made aware of this, we had to take them to the vets to be sorted. Once I'd spoken with the pet shop after about 20 minutes of arguments from them they agreed to give a full refund to help cover vet bills which is fine, all good and well. We went into the shop in order to get this refund and was met with a lot of anger from both the lady and the man, the lady slammed a pen on the counter in front of me and said sign it and threw the money at us. Once we were about to walk out the shop the man shouted "thanks for ruining the shop". This was not at all professional from either of the staff when we came with a genuine problem. The way this shop treats their pets is awful and will be reporting this to the proper authorities.
