A Festival with a Mission

The festival will begin on June 12 with the Accessible Activities Amble, specifically designed for people with disabilities and their personal assistants. This event sets the tone for the festival’s commitment to inclusivity and accessibility.
The Big Weekend: A Spectacular Start
The centerpiece of the festival, the Big Weekend, takes place on June 15 and 16. This vibrant weekend features a variety of activities and entertainment suitable for families and individuals of all ages. Highlights include:

- Let The River Run: On June 22, the New Mill Male Voice Choir will perform this evocative piece.
- Dana Ali: The soul and blues diva will get audiences dancing on July 27.
- Requiem for a Fading World: A brand new commission for chamber orchestra and choir, premiering on August 3.
- Daria Golovchenko: The Ukrainian concert pianist will perform on August 17.
- Big in Scotland: Comedian Kieran Hodgson will present his show on September 7, closing the festival with laughter.
