The dressing, created by Jason Thompson of Yorkshire Rapeseed Oil, is described as being packed with zesty flavor and a subtle sweetness, ideal for pairing with grilled fish, roasted vegetables, and salads. This product not only offers a delicious culinary experience but also contributes to a worthy cause.

The Impact of Donations

HOPING York Street Kitchen, which relies entirely on volunteers, serves around 300 two-course meals each Sunday to 70 to over 100 diners.

Additionally, the charity delivers food parcels to struggling families during the week. Jayne Venables, a trustee at HOPING, expressed gratitude for the partnership, highlighting how the Lemon & Caper Dressing enhances their meals and supports their mission to combat food poverty.
