Six by Nico in Leeds is launching a captivating new menu inspired by the stunning Amalfi Coast of Italy. From July 1st to August 11th, diners can indulge in the flavors of southern Italy through a six-course tasting menu, now also available as a four-course lunch option for the first time.

The new menu at Six by Nico is designed to transport guests to this picturesque region, offering a culinary adventure that captures the essence of ‘La Dolce Vita’—the sweet life.
Six-Course Tasting Menu
The six-course tasting menu combines traditional and modern Italian cuisine, taking inspiration from beloved dishes of southern Italy. Each course is crafted to reflect the rich, flavorful history of the Amalfi Coast, ensuring a truly immersive dining experience.
Course One – Parmesan Polenta
- Espuma, Truffle, Mushroom Ragout
The opening course features a luxurious Parmesan Polenta with a creamy espuma, earthy truffle, and a rich mushroom ragout.
Course Two – Heirloom Tomato
- Green Olive Tapenade, Salted Lemon, Lovage Emulsion & Whipped Ricotta
This vibrant dish showcases the freshness of heirloom tomatoes, complemented by a tangy green olive tapenade, salted lemon, a delicate lovage emulsion, and whipped ricotta.
Course Three – Spaghetti Nero
- Toasted Sourdough, Chilli, Confit Garlic & Scamorza Foam
A twist on a classic, the Spaghetti Nero is paired with toasted sourdough, a hint of chilli, confit garlic, and a light scamorza foam.
Course Four – Black Pollock

Course Five – Trio Of Pork

Course Six – Delizia Al Limone

Four-Course Lunch Menu
For those looking for a more spontaneous dining experience, Six by Nico is also introducing a four-course lunch menu. Priced at just £20, this option includes the amuse bouche and dessert, with diners choosing between courses two or three for their starter, and four or five for their main. Available mid-week from 12-4pm, the lunch menu also offers a special wine pairing to enhance the meal.

The menu is designed to evoke the feeling of summer and transport guests straight to Italy. Starting with the elegant Pomodori Antichi—green olive tapenade, salted lemon, lovage emulsion, and whipped ricotta—diners will experience the fresh, vibrant flavors of the Amalfi Coast.
The seafood course, Pollock Nero, brings the taste of the Mediterranean to life with bagna cauda, zucchini, braised fennel, and basil dressing. For dessert, the classic Delizia al Limone is reimagined with lemon mousseline, polenta cake, caramelised white chocolate, and yoghurt sorbet.
