Possibly the worst Company we have ever dealt with. Following the initial measurements and promises that everything would proceed exactly as we requested we had nothing but trouble throughout the fitting. Several mistakes were made right from the off as the initial measurements were found to be incorrect, units couldn’t fit where promised and requests were forgotten about as they wern’t initially logged correctly. The Boss then basically accused us of lying about certain fittings even though we had our own records of the initial conversations. Very simply he had not logged all the requirements correctly and so they were omitted. I may add that this person was not the regular person who did the initial measuring etc but stood in for their chap who was on his holidays. I did speak to this man at a later date and he confirmed the Boss was not averse to such inconsistencies and errors. It was a disaster from start to finish. We withheld part of the final payment and despite receiving written threats of legal action we never paid the final amount. They knew they were ultimately at fault. I cannot trust or recommend this Company at all. Beware. FOOTNOTE TO RESPONSE Typical response from the Owner, more incorrect facts. Did I say he was a Designer?!

I had some Johnstone's paint mixed and the lady was very helpful in getting me the right product with prompt service. The one downside is how much the paint is now - it's unreal, but it's the same everywhere

We have had both a bathroom and kitchen fitted by Think. We found them excellent in planning, project managing and ensuring the work was carried out within expected timescales. We are delighted with the results and would definitely receive mend them.

My wife and I thought it our duty to write a quick review of our experience of Think Kitchens. Having many years experience in customer care, albeit in a different industry, I know that reviews tend to be written/posted when a customer is disgruntled rather than pleased with their purchase or service, so i feel it my duty to give praise where praise is due. From the moment we entered the very impressive Think kitchen shop, we were both put at ease and taken care of. After numerous visits to showrooms from Northallerton to Middlesbrough, we finally found a company that spoke our language. Most of the journey was very smooth with only one exception, which was my fault (as my wife has frequently reminded me). Against the advice of the designer, Andrew, I bought my own appliances on the internet. Unfortunately I/we were let down, which could have held up the completion of the installation. That said, Think were great and did a tremendous job of procuring a replacement cooker and oven at very short notice, As we were having the company decorate our full extension too, the timescales were not hindered and our beautiful new kitchen was complete, in full and to a very high standard. Thank you Think!!!

Andrew, Richard and the team are absolute professionals. The quality and finish and most importantly the aftercare are faultless. I'll be going back for more projects
