Me and my son always go to this store in northallerton quite alot more so my son he loves the shop. Joshua is always on hand to help where ever you need like me can never see for looking to hard. Joshua is so polite attentive and always loves having my son come in he helps my son all the time in making a decision of what he wants to buy. Will always go in this shop especially when you get customer service like that all the time

Just amazing!!! I went in the works a few months back in need of some craft supplies. Staff were amazing especially Josh who excelled and went the extra mile to help me find everything I needed! I have been a repeat customer ever since. Well done Josh and Well done the Works. Much much better and more value for money than WHS I think you should start your own postal service and even better Josh could deliver that mail. If only there were more Joshes in the world. 5 stars

If you haven’t been in to this store your most definitely missing out. Josh & the team are fantastic very knowledgeable about what age groups certain games/ puzzles are suitable for( Best selling, keeping up with crazes that all kids go through)Thank you for your great customer service 👏

I go in the works regularly with my children for craft stuff and little treats for them when we pass by. There's always one worker who stands out called Joshua who always has a smile on his face and is very helpful with what ever I ask and whatever questions my children throw at him 🙈🤣 he,s always patient, polite and easy to talk to

My mum went to this store today and was amazed by her experience hence this review. Gill and Joshua went above and beyond to ensure her damaged item was rectified. Very friendly and helpful staff with great initiative.
