I visited as I was collecting a book I'd ordered. I was served quickly & they ensured everything was correct before I paid & left. It's a very spacious store Which is easy to move around.

The lady in the shop was very helpful when I told her what I was looking for, the book wasn't in store so she offered to have it. Sent to me in the post free of charge. It arrived when she said it would and she was very friendly. The book arrived nicely wrapped up as if it were ready as a gift. Nice touch I thought.

Knowledgable and helpful staff, some areas are cramped due to display tables but it’s largely accessible. Stairs to first floor, no lift. However, staff are always willing to bring items down
