Really smart looking shop. Came in today needing to try on some different sizes for a suit. Alex was really attentive and helped me find exactly what I was needing.

How shopping should be. Top class service and products. Been a few times but today bought a linen blend suit and 3 shirts. Their loyalty points are also great. Highly recommend.

Such a pleasure to visit this store. A wide range of quality menswear well displayed in attractive decor. The staff are so friendly and attentive. Nothing is a problem for them. I've purchased in-store and online and service is very efficient. I loved the lovely hanging cover that was used to protect a linen jacket that I purchased for my husband. Loyalty points are earned on each purchase which you can use next time. A bonus £10 voucher was sent to me on my last online purchase which was unexpected and very useful. Regular catalogues sent through the post too. An old-fashioned and very much appreciated customer service that is rare these days. Highly recommended company.

Visited from London and what a gem! The staff are very welcoming and care about your experience in the store. Very friendly and helpful advice. Good quality clothing. Very impressed. I'll be buying more on line but will make sure to go back to the store too. I came into exchange a shirt size and I left unexpectedly with 6 shirts and a jacket. Loved it.

Needed some trousers and I wanted some good quality ones. Popped In and I have to say I was blown away by the customer service. They didn’t have the leg length in stock but would alter a longer pair to my size free of charge and have them ready the following Monday. Outstanding. I don’t have the build for a lot of Brook Taverner clothing but I will be back. Best service I have had in a clothes store.
