Fantastic service from the ladies in the Northallerton leather shop today. I buy most of my bags from Lakeland. For the first time today I had to take a bag back due to a fault. The ladies were very kind and helpful and replaced my bag without any problems. Fabulous service, thank you.

Went especially today to buy a leather jacket, as a lovely treat from my husband. Lots of choice, Lisa, who served us, was lovely and friendly and very helpful. I am a HR and Training Manager and I like excellent customer service. This shop definitely has my support.

I am very pleased with the way manager Lisa handled my query. She was very pleasant and helpful to me. She let me tried quite a few coats to get to the right suitable size for me. She have written the right code to facilitate my online order. I managed to get what I want from the website. She have processed my refund very quickly as we left the store. May be a co-incidence but each time I have been into the shop the store assistants are busy chatting and don't stop their gossip when customers are in the shop. Is it me or is this the norm these days? I had to wait for two assistants to move away from the clothing I wanted to see because they were so busy chatting.
