What can we say… WOW. We had tried a different establishment and was left feeling very disappointed. But not here. We were greeted warmly and shown in detail what hat was what. The decor is fabulous and my daughter felt very special. Was great when she said yes to the dress and they clapped. Can’t recommend enough. Well done Princess prom

Awesome! Emily looked after us and she was amazing. Loved the showroom set up and the privacy of the appointment. But I have to reiterate, Emily was absolutely wonderful. Not just with my daughter but us as well.

A really enjoyable experience shopping for my prom dress with the help of Lauren who was amazing and made me feel so comfortable trying on dresses. She didn't rush us and was really kind. Lauren also helped find my dress which without her help i wouldn't have found. Lot's of variety in the shop too. Would highly recommend xx

Dominique and Faye were so lovely in helping me find my dress. I’m so in love with it. I would really recommend Princess prom they’re all so helpful and I just wanna say Dominique was so wonderful especially since it was her first day. Such nice lovely girls! Xx
