Just returned an almost new, none stick Tower frying pan. Was given a refund but sales assistant was adamant that the pan was fine even though there was food stuck to it. She even said it would come off with a scouring pad! Why would you need to use a scouring pad on a none stick frying pan?

Bought product online, but when it arrived it was not ideal for our requirements. We took it back to the Northallerton Store and hoped there would be no problem.....and there wasnt. It couldnt have been simpler. Elizabeth really helped us get the right product and we left with a refund on the original product and having purchased the new one. Great service. Thanks

Popped in this afternoon for a few bits and pieces. Friendly hello and asked if I needed any help, said I was fine and with a smile I was left to look around....Great job, nothing worse than being pestered. I love the way all dogs are greeted and welcomed. 😃🐕😊

Local shop in Northallerton is a go to regularly. The assistants are always very helpful and have a great knowledge if products available. I love shopping here
