Visited a few weeks ago to get a quote for a multifuel stove installation. They came to see us very quickly and went through exactly what we wanted. After several quotes they were the most reasonable so we went ahead with the install. The team turned up on time and took care to protect our belongings. They cleared up each day so we didn't have to sit amongst their tools and took any waste materials with them, including our old fire and surround. When they'd finished, they took us through the features of the fire and explained the need for regular maintenance before leaving us to enjoy their work. Very happy with what they've provided and would definitely use them in the future.

Despite some technical problems and a delayed finishing time it still doesn’t detract from an excellent installation and quality of the work. I’ve seen other installations from other companies which aren’t as good a quality as the one by S&F We are very happy with it and the staff who carried out the work were dedicated , excellent and polite. It would have been 5* normally.

Have had a great experience with Stoves and Fires. Friendly, helpful and professional throughout, really helpful in recommending the right stove for me, which is now fitted in my home and is absolutely gorgeous. Installation was done on time by fitters who were respectful and considerate, and who talked me through correct use and maintenance of the stove once installed. Delighted.

Really happy with our new log burner. We did a lot of the prep work ourselves and the guys were more than helpful talking us through the measurements and what we needed to get the job done and they were super impressed with our work so that was good. Burner was fitted in about 2.5hrs, super easy and hassle free and the lads were really respectful of our property bringing in sheets etc. literally from the 1st call I had a really good feeling about this whole process and they didn’t let me down so thank you!!

We had a really good chat with Brian and Andy. They made us feel really confident in the service they offered. This was justified when we had our fireplace fitted. The team that carried out the work arrived on time. They were polite and courteous. Very conscious and clean and tidy throughout the process. We are extremely pleased with the results
