Great service. Ordered samples online which arrived swiftly and well-packaged. Then received a very polite and helpful follow up call from Damion to see how to proceed: placed and ordered and benefitted from advice on trims and details to complement my tile choices. All the staff at Topps Northallerton were very helpful with their advice and product knowledge regarding our project. They supplied Warmup DCM peal and stick matting, cable, thermostat, Hemsworth Modular Gray tiles and all adhesive, etc. all were delivered as arranged on time. It was quite a challenging job but we are delighted with the results. We will definitely use Topps Northallerton again for our bathroom refit in the new year.

Received great advice concerning tiles. After at leat two visits and meeting a number of staff members including the manager and assistant manager we were given sensible advice on underfloor heating and different floor tiles. All staff were personable and professional. We use Jonny the tiler JCT tiling who did a great job. The Topps visualiser was very useful.
