I truly cannot put into words how much this shop means to us. The service is second to none, and the warmth and friendliness shown every single time is beyond anything you’ll find elsewhere. There is simply no jewellery shop that compares to this beautiful little place down Barker’s Arcade. ( not to be confused with the other shop on the high street.) Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all the care, kindness, and help you’ve given us over the years. It has never gone unnoticed, and we sincerely hope to continue supporting you for many years to come.

Absolutely lovely experience. I went in to pick out my very first gift for my new goddaughter and couldn’t have asked for better help. The team were incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me choose something meaningful.

Excellent service and advice, as I have an Omega watch which was not working and needed the strap adjusting. Martine went over and above, I now have the watch working and adjusted perfectly. Thank you Martine. I would highly recommend Bradley’s.

What a lovely shop, staff and service perfect in every way! We had the pleasure of going in today to pick up a signet ring and wow! An emotional experience all round! What a lovely little jewellery shop with two lovely members of staff. Popped in for a battery replacement and the staff could not do enough for me. Really nice and friendly with an outstanding level of customer service. Thank you ladies.
