Excellent service from the lovely ladies at the Northallerton store. I recently took a bracelet, that is very special to me, in for repair and I am so pleased with the work. There was a small issue upon collecting my bracelet, however the helpful staff agreed to rectify this promptly and they were very polite and friendly throughout. I will definitely be going back. 5 star service. Thank you x

had lovely lady yesterday, who tried everything to fine the earrings i wanted, a flexi loop type, she worked very hard and patiently and found me a pair in a catalogue, . lovely chatty lady, great service. you have great people in your shp. thankyou liz

I am sorry to say that my experience has not been as expected with Market Cross. I ordered a pair of earrings in January and was told they would arrive in 8 weeks. 8 weeks later I was told it would be another 4 weeks and when the 12 week mark arrived I am now told I have to wait additional 4 weeks - 16 weeks after the original order was placed! Payment was taken when I placed the order, so there is no urgency to get the earrings to me despite my explaining I will be leaving the country in a month. A refund has been offered, however, I have explained it is the earrings I would like, not a refund; unless they still do not arrive in 4 weeks (needless to say I will not hold my breath). The staff at the branch are lovely - it is simply the wait time I am unhappy with.

Excellent service today with a watch strap replacement. Delivered the watch back to me while I was in Baker's having a coffee.
