Always a nice visit, whether it’s for currency or the jewellery section. Staff are always professional and helpful, always a smile. Today, Mandy advised on some jewellery repairs, and we agreed, all sorted. We also get a nice chat from the lovely lady! It’s not just about the shop.

I bought a lovely watch from here for my husbands birthday. Mandy looked after me through the whole process. She was so friendly and helpful, she’s a real credit to the company. The watch is perfect, my husband loves it. Really pleased I bought through Ramsdens.

Had gold ring repair as had stone missing, fantastic service from Ash, could not believe it was the same ring , 20 year old ring now looking beck to it's best, definitely would recommend
