Went for a pair of boots and came away with trainers with a visit to Mountain Warehouse in Ripon to get the boots recommended by the assistant who ascertained they were in stock. Excellent store in Northallerton, well laid out, friendly and helpful. M and S could learn a thing or two from their layout. Well done Mountain Warehouse

Shopping 25/10/2024 at Northallerton store. Brilliant service by Jake. Took his time with us, explained everything and answered our questions honestly. Jake is a credit to this store. Such a lovely young man. Definitely 5 stars to Jake. Thank you Jake

Shout out to the Assistant Manager Shaun, The knowledge he has on all products across Mountain Warehouse is phenomenal..He knows his stuff. His customer service is excellent and he goes above and beyond to help. Store is always immaculate and well presented.

Really helpful supportive & advisory staff. The ability to add forces / veteran's discounts in store great too. Will now be looking online and shopping In store as they can and will order and have shipped to.home address too. Can be returned to store too. Super service for sure..
