Staff in the main store are always friendly, helpful and especially happy to welcome 'four legged' visitors. While upstairs staff in The Groom Room are equally helpful and in addition to the usual range of services they also hold events like their recent 'puppy party' ...

I took my very large dog to be groomed. His coat is thick and was long. Melissa made such an incredible job and he looks fabulous!. Such a shame she's leaving!

Helpful staff. Answered all my questions. Seemed to have a good knowledge of small animals. Happy that I have helped rehome two little girl gerbils.
