Great service from friendly approachable staff. It's a nice clean shop with well maintained up to date displays. The dummy phones are always in good condition and they are always happy to let you see and handle the real ones too. Best of all, you never feel pushed into buying something.

Please can you explain to me why your staff told my parents that ee is no good for them and to go and get a phone from argos?? That is appalling service. I have been a ee customer before probably longer than the staff working there have been alive. Looking forward to hearing your excuses

Don't go here!!!!! I upgraded my phone through ee business and asked to collect phone from northallerton store. The girl was polite but obviously new and wasn't sure what to do (everyone has to learn) The man was just bloody rude!!!! Obviously upset that I hadn't upgraded through the shop. Asked me what deal I'd got from ee business (didn't tell him) and just went on about how he could do a better deal!! He couldn't understand that I was only there to collect the phone, my upgrade had nothing to do with him. I was appalled at his attitude to me but more importantly how rude he was about the ee business customer service team. I left without my new phone and because of him I am now leaving ee. Don't go near this shop!!!!!!!

Cannot thank Daley, the Assistant Manager, enough. We thought we were just popping into the shop to move my husband's mobile from a rival company onto my EE contract. Two hours later.....! Daley was so patient and thorough, overcoming all of the obstacles put in place by the other provider. Excellent service. Thank you.

Very helpful gent sorted my new Samsung phone upon which I had loaded apps which were supposed to prevent hackers, but prevented almost everything. Bought this phone at their Carlisle branch and bought a better download deal with them, but this seemed to cause no concern. He was not impressed with my apps, but I had no argument, since thanks to him I'm up and running again. Highly recommend.
