We came in on Monday to get my grandchildren shoes the eldest who was four on this day likes the same shoes this was not possible this time as they had stopped doing them in his size the lady who measured him was so lovely with him and so patient his best experience so far will definitely be back nothing was to much trouble for her so thank you again xx

Visited this shop today for our 9mth old grandsons first shoes. What a service we received from the sales assistant, she was amazing, great with our grandson , smiling, chatty really knowledgeable. We've sited our caravan in the area and she chatted about local places to go and visit, really helpful and kind.

The sales assistant took genuine disinterest to a whole new level ! I'm going to put it down to her having a bad day because if that was her normal level of professionalism ...wow ! and definitely old enough to know better . Thankfully I knew the shoes I wanted so didn't have to be in the shop too long .

I called through today to have a browse for some new shoes for summer season and was approached by a lovely young woman called Amber. She was so patient with me, as I have a very specific taste, and just smiled throughout putting up with me. A real asset to this shop!
