Every time I visit Northallerton, I make a point of checking out the lovely shoes at The Classic Touch. This time I found a pair of sparkly court shoes and some fun, light purple walking boots. Both really comfortable. Service is always great and prices are excellent for such good quality shoes.

Appalling....nobody downstairs to ask to try a pair of shoes on. Browsing while waiting for someone to come, only to be accused and asked to open my bag. Never been so humiliated in my life, to be told they were watching me on camera, yet couldn't come and assist me. I was so shocked and upset by the whole experience that I will never go in there again.

This is an excellent shoe shop and will be my exclusive shoe shop going forward My experience with the manger when I was trying to find a elegant shoe to go with my wedding outfit was amazingly helpful. I ended buy two pair's of fab shoes bags to match and the hat to finish off the outfit

Bought a pair of boots from here today. The young man who served me was really nice and helpful ..the boots I .tried on weren't right they were navy and tan ...he suggested I tried the same one in tan and they would go eith er with navy and black ..and he was right...they fit better to..So well done, I didn't get your name but thank you.

Absolutely appalling Will never set foot in this shop again ..excuse the pun .Lady assistant was ok but Owner was totally out of order and was extremely rude to myself and daughter Will be advising my friends never to enter his shop The service that Barkers and Clinkards offer is far superior …..
