JSW For Jumps

Absolutely terrible company! Ordered two hay savers with two net grills received last Thursday on the 15th. Took the boxes out of the packaging put hay in tried to put the lids on and the lids don’t fit the boxes properly. So poorly made and designed! Got in touch with merchant straight away, took photos and videos, they completely ignored me. I’ve been emailing none stop since Thursday but they literally just ignore you. Absolute waste of money not useable as the lids don’t close! I did a pay in 4 with clearpay so used them to complain but the merchant said they’d been used! They haven’t yes I put hay in and then tried to close the lid! Avoid they are awful and products are so poorly made! I’m trying to reclaim my money through my bank now as I want to return the products but the merchant is ignoring me!

These jumps are NOT heavy duty at all or suitable for lots of use. We use them around 2/3 times a week in our outdoor arena and do NOT use them on the floor as canter/trotting poles, placing poles etc and the black ends of the poles just snap and fall out then comprising there strength in the whole poles. The filler board on the feet that we have used 5 times since having them just snaps. When I asked for some repairs as they were only bought 10 months ago they said there was no warranty and that we had used them for purpose not designed for which is totally untrue. They informed me it would be at my cost fixing them and bringing them (the drive being over 4 hours for us). I assure them we have only used them as showjumps as that’s what they were bought for. They are not helpful with repairs or damages and for how expensive they are and having only bought them within a year I would have expected them to fix them free of charge. Would not buy from them again.

Terrible customer service. Ordered two breast bars, no contact or confirmation of the order being processed, a week later I called them to be told they didn’t have any in stock, 2nd week, still nothing from them called them again to be told the same thing, clearly not telling the truth as said it was a delivery truck problem and turned out it was a manufacturing issue. 3rd week had to chase them again… same thing… over 4 weeks got an email saying they are being shipped, was told on the phone it will be next day delivery. Turns out it was posted on standard 5 day delivery. Had to cancel the competition I planned on going to due to not having bread bars for my trailer, costing me hundreds of pounds. Such a terrible service, will not be ordering anything from them again.

I've had two unfortunate experiences with JSW. Firstly I ordered a 4 step mounting block and nearly a month later gave up on getting the colour I ordered and took another colour. Then I ordered a 400l 'tack' box. I say tack in the loosest sense of the word as you can't get a full sized saddle in it without it getting scuffed and once it's in it has to go on the floor as it's too small to put a saddle holder in. I emailed JSW asking to return the item and was ignored. In the interests of fairness I have also ordered a haycube a few months back which came promptly. Overall though I'd avoid.

Had my Daughter's jumps from here, and just ordered another set for her birthday. Great service
