I am a complete tech phobe - I needed help, advice, reassurance. All this I was kindly given by such patient and knowledgeable staff. This was such a gamechanger for me that I was able to make a purchase and update a 20 year old item to a much newer and more useful model. This was all thanks to the kind patience of Macey who took me slowly and clearly through each step. David also checked my old device to make sure I would be successful with the newer one. Thank you guys - you are complete stars.

Probably the worst customer service I've ever come across. Normally staff in CEX are the most helpful and super-knowledgeable people around, but this guy in your store was completely awful. I went in to ask about a game for my nephew and was met with complete arrogance, shaded with detest. If you don't want to be in there dealing with people, don't work there. It's totally put me off from going to CEX again.

Have to say I was surprised by this shop, first time I went in I was just looking to pass the time while waiting for the local garage to finish the car, ended up buying a PS2 and games. Two years guarantee is amazing!!! Majority of stuff is in good condition, no issues with the stuff I’ve bought and the prices are great. Always seems to be a busy place, yes some of the stuff does smell of cigarette smoke but after a quick clean it soon goes.
