Plenty of stock and very welcoming and friendly staff
Great service from friendly and helpful staff, and there prices are very good, what more could you ask?.
Rip-off—avoid at all costs. While traveling through the country on my way to Scafell Pike, my headlamp went out. I stopped at the nearest service station, which happened to be this place. I asked for a replacement lamp, and the assistant handed me a single bulb for £5. I then noticed a 10-piece universal bulb set, which you can buy on Amazon for £4.50 with delivery, and asked how much it was. The assistant took the set, went to consult with someone, and returned after a few minutes to say it was £10.49 because "it’s better—it has 10 bulbs." I was shocked at the blatant overpricing. This is nothing but a rip-off. I purchased the single headlamp bulb and left. It’s infuriating when businesses treat their customers like fools.
Friendly staff just the parking can be a problem
I purchased the part online however it was not fitting in my car but they really helped me in choosing the correct part quickly and helped me in returning the already purchased part.
