Beck Isle Museum, is an independent museum housed in a fine historic building beside Pickering Beck. Explore recreated period shops filled with fascinating objects and find out about the local life and social history of Pickering through the ages. The museum is also the home of the celebrated Sydney Smith collection of local photography. With family activities and traditional craft demonstrations taking place in the school holidays, there is plenty to see and do.
